Great service

On the 19th I had an appointment for my Lab, Shelby. She had been sick and I was out of town. I flew in that day and did not make it back until 2:30. I ran into the house and put Shelby into the car and headed to my appointment. You called me before I could even leave the street. Told me I had to cancel my appointment because I was late. Knowing she was sick I end up taking her to Buffalo Animal Emergency Clinic. She has a UTI. I have to say I was very disappointed that you would not let me keep this appointment knowing she was sick and needed care. I have an appointment for a follow up to be seen by you to make sure her UTI is gone. So in sending me this email to me I’m not sure why because you cancelled this appointment.

I really appreciate the time that you all took to explain things and follow up. You are all very personable and professional.

Lisa and Dr. Drum made me and my fur baby feel very comfortable and welcomed to their office for our first visit with them! Greatly appreciated the kindness and time they both took with any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Dr Drum went out of his way to call me and do follow up with my cat, Suki, whom he felt may have had an intestinal blockage. He sent me to UF Veterinary hospital. He then called me to see how Suki was doing, even when he was very busy in his office. After 4 years of taking my cats to Dr Drum, I know he is e very concerned, and is careful in giving the best care to my animals. I recommend his clinic to anybody needing a good Vet!

I really like Dr Jon Smith. Initial visit then 1 month later he took her in for emergency. Honesty is so important and comfortable that he cares...means so much. I wish I remember tech that helped us both times as well. I really like her. So glad I made the correct choices in Vets!!! THANK YOU!!!
