I brought two cats that belonged to my friend who passed away. They were so stressed and frightened. The staff was compassionate and efficient in working with them. I now have all the documentation I need to have them adopted.

This particular clinic and Dr. Drum did an outstanding job at diagnosing our dog’s condition and resolving the problem. If we weren’t snow birds, our puppy would never be treated by anyone other than Dr. Drum.

Re the waiting time, it s understood that it is high season. Am pleased with the care Mack has received and all staff have been very helpful, thorough and gentle with my older dog.very grateful.

Anna is absolutely awesome! She handled the front brilliantly as it was very crowded. She kept a smile on her face and took phone calls as well as tending to customers. She s truly great!!!

Every body in the office was very helpful. Our vet tech was very sweet and helpful. Both my husband and myself were very impressed with Dr Schafer. She’s a keeper.

We love You guys and are always secure in the knowledge you will do whatever it takes to make our babies comfortable. We have never had a vet or kennel that our dogs wanted to stay. Colony - they don’t even look back at us. Dr Drum is awesome!
