Visits are always great. Texan doctors patient and informative. Service is very friendly. When asking a question to the tech, it may be better for her to wait for the question to be completed. Her knowledge was excellent on the medication, and her exclamations were easy to follow, however, I had to attempt three times to get a complete question out, which obviously gave me a different answer. She was totally competent in answering the question I was asking and gave a satisfactory answer.

Casey was back to her normal self on the second day. I just feel so bad she had so many teeth removed, but the bright side is she doesn’t scratch her ears or neck anymore. Must have been the infection. Thanks for being so attentive to her. She’s special. Bless you

I can t say enough about the entire practice. The staff knows us when we call. We get treated like Royalty, and Dr Destasio takes her time and explains everything so carefully. My human doctors don t treat me as well as Mackie s Vet staff does. Mackie had Melanoma in February, and everyone knows I get nervous. They are all so kind.

I moved to The Villages a little over a year ago and was very anxious about choosing a new Veterinarian. I am very pleased with the choice I have made. So far my experiences at Colony Plaza Animal Hospital have been very positive. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful and Dr. Drum is very informative in his explanations during our visits.
