Ozzy, my oldest dog, was not cooperating at all. The tech was able to get both the back paws completed during his nail trim. However, I helped hold him down for his front paws. Needless to say he would not let them do it. I did cut two of them myself while sitting on the ground but we couldn t get the rest. I was still charged for a full nail trim.

I am very satisfied with the care my dog receives at Coble. I just wish you were open at least part days on Friday and/or Saturday.

Dr Saner accommodated our “special needs” dog, Maddie, and formulated a plan to prevent her from seizing due to anxiety when visiting the Vet’s office. She sedated Maddie in my truck on the office parking lot, then once calmed and well sedated, the tech took her into the office for her dental procedure. I was gratified to know she was able to avoid the trauma of seizing, as she had done on three previous visits, due to Dr Saner’s expert and compassionate care. Maddie tolerated her full mouth extraction well without issue and returned safely to us at home. We appreciate everything the staff at Coble Animal Hospital did for Maddie. It was a team effort and the outcome was all worth it. Thank you to Everett and all the other staff for providing excellent care for our beloved pet, Maddie. Now we can be in the same room with Maddie without feeling like we’re going to pass out because of her horrible breath. She’s a new girl!

Was so glad to be able to get in the day that I called. So thankful for that because I didn’t know if my cat is sick or not.

The rating system was not clear. I just guessed what to do.

My cat is so skittish. I expected a big struggle. But Everette had such a mellow, gentle way with Cosmo, it was perfectly calm. Likewise, Dr. Saner handled Cosmo in an unhurried way and completed the exam and gave the shots and Cosmo didn’t growl, hiss or struggle a single time. Whew, what a relief!

Best visit EVER!!!!! Buddy got a bath and did not smell of any sprays or perfumes!!!!! I am so happy !!! Thank you!!!!! ??????????
