Provider and staffs were great!

There s a reason I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Mags and the staff. They re the best in-person and over the phone. Also, the vet tech who picked up Bugsy and Bowie from my car came back out with paper towels and cleaned my car mat that Bowie had thrown up on during the long drive. I just asked for a few towels, but he insisted. That was above and beyond!

Spring Glen Veterinary Clinic has taken care of our sheepdogs for 30 years. They are family and have loved our dogs Simi, Luca, and Henry as much as we have. The entire staff is wonderful. Thank you all.

This was our first visit, and we were felt very good about the appointment. It is, of course, frustrating not to see the staff with Mazie, but since that is currently impossible, we felt things went very well. Dr. Mags spent a lot of time with us and made us feel that he had thoroughly considered our issues.

As of now I only came in for a quick appointment so it would be hard and to be honest not right to have a suggestion on how to change anything. So far I m happy to be at this vet so for now thats where I am

I miss being able to be present during the visit and take the time to talk with the doctor but understandable that we all have to take precautions in the current circumstances, hopefully things will go back to normal eventually. Thank you for taking good care of my fury family.

Everything was perfect!!!

This was my first time at Spring Glen Vet.All my questions were answered and I feel my dog had an excellent visit. Dr.Mags came out to the car in the torrential rain that day and gave a run down of the visit.

Spring Glen has amazing staff that truly care about our four-legged children. Although our felines don’t necessarily like visiting the doctor, we feel they are in very good hands

Bruce and I are brand new to CT from Detroit. I thought the staff and the doctor were fantastic. They gave me a ton of information and were very personable and kind. Our doctor was thoughtful and honest, and i really appreciated his explanations. They loved Bruce, and they treated him well. I will definitely be back and will make this practice my pet provider. The only thing I have to say which I was thrown off - was I was given a different quote than charged - quoted $140 and was charged $220. I would have appreciated an update on price.

I am so grateful for the fact that you are just around the corner abd came recommended. My first visit was easy, time was spent abd follow-up questions quickly responded to.

As someone who just loved here I was absolutely thrilled with the service and so put at ease. I’m so thankful for your guys’ help with making Gylfi feel comfortable and safe.

I am so grateful to the staff at Spring Glen Veterinary. From Deena and Sophia at the desk, to Dr. Cosgrove, our first appointment, which was somewhat of an emergency, could not have gone better. My new kitten was sick and I needed to take him to see a vet, pronto. The level of compassion and care was what you would hope for. The doctor, first, examined my cat and then met me outside to apprise me of his condition and what he would give my pet to improve his health. Dr Cosgrove s manner was clear, thorough, compassionate and not rushed. The office staff was kind and helpful. Best of all, my cat was feeling better within one day of taking his medication. I have been looking for a new vet since moving into the area. Having worked in animal rescue for years, both in CO and in CT, and having had a lot of experience with different vets and veterinary philosophy, I am very particular about where my dogs get treated. When one of my dogs developed a skin issue/hotspot it seemed like the perfect time to see if I could get an appointment at one of the nearby clinics that I had researched (instead of driving almost 2 hours to our old vet on Election Day). Dr. Mags was so nice and informative. He explained his thought process on treatment. Since Ive moved to CT I ve encountered many veterinarians who s initial treatment plans involve doing the most extensive, and expensive, procedures/treatments right from the get go. Dr. Mags reminded me of the veterinary philosophy I was used to in Colorado. He was very practical and informative, and most important he was (from what I could tell given COVID precautions) really great with my dog Isla. So glad I found a new vet for my furry family.
