We have been with Palmetto Pet Hospital for over 10 yrs now and have found them to be very professional, friendly and trusting. We personally consider Palmetto Pet Hospital the best in the Fort Mill Tega Cay area and highly recommend them to all.

Waiting times the last few visits have been very long.not just my most recent visit, but prior visits as well. Upon checking in, I ve had to wait up to an hour to be seen and that s just too long of a wait. I would like to see improvements there for my next visit.

29 years of the best service. Dr Dawn Martin and her staff have always been the best to all of our pets. I always can get an appointment at the time as date I need and with fast and prompt care. I would highly recommend this office to everyone and anyone. Dr Martin treats our animals as her own personal pets and goes above and beyond for her clients. I’m so grateful for her love and care for 29 solid years

5 stars for sure! I took my dog in for anxiety issues, and Dr. Dollo noticed a spot on her eye. A seed or something had planted in her eye and had caused an ulcer. They did surgery the next day. If Dr. Dollo had not caught that, my dog may have lost her eye. I am so thankful for them and highly recommend their services.They are friendly and they realky cared about my sweet girl!

Dr Martin was very caring and compassionate with us. My son’s cat needed some care and we were a bit worried. My son was overwrought with fear. Dr Martin and her staff were beyond kind and went over and above to put my son at ease as well as exceptional care of our furbaby

A nail trim was done that I didnt ask for. It was a mistake but I realized I was charged for it. Not a big deal but little irritating when I realized. Love every staff member there though, they are so good with my dog

Dr. Martin delivered a terminal diagnosis with empathy and compassion. She always uses common sense approach to treatment and I ve never seen any judgmental attitudes from any of the staff. They are always supportive and compassionate.
