We love love love our Doc!!!!

Dr. Garner & his staff are the best! I have every confidence that my pets will be treated with care and compassion. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful veterinarian office.

Dr Garner was excellent. He took his time explaining everything that was happening with Eli. He explained all the options we had, and didn t push us one way or another.

Doctor Garners staff were so helpful when I called and Doctor Garner is amazing .I would give them ten stars if I could we are so lucky to have found him.

I was very happy with Jacaranda Animal Hospital! We are not an established patient, and despite this, they showed great concern for my sick puppy. We walked in without an appointment the next day, and they treated her quickly and got to the root problem. I am now a loyal customer of theirs.

worst retail experience of my life. after a simple nail trim and medicine purchase, i took my bag and left. 5 minutes later, i discovered the pills i bought were not in the bag. soooo .. u-turn back to the office. the cashier then gave me the pills, but i realized i was overcharged 100%, about $350. after explaining the math to her for about 20 minutes, she gave me a second year’s supply, because no way did i want to sit through her confused refund process. i am fairly sure i qualified for a second manufacturer’s rebate of $80 for the second year’s supply, but couldn’t take the aggravation of discussing the math with her any longer. a more seasoned rep behind the counter was disinclined to help the cashier figure things out. all she told her was “focus!”

Lucky has always gotten the best card with Dr. Kelly and I know he treats all his patients with the utmost care.

We are so happy that Mai can continue seeing Dr. Kelly as her Veterinarian!

New to florida best vet and staff I ever had

Everything was great until I received my invoice. I was used to paying much less for the same services at a prior Vet.

Everyone was great Felt very safe and comfortable Love it

My appointment time and time I waited to be seen was a little too long almost a half hour.

If I bring my pet to you I don’t expect to pay for nails to be clipped I think if I pay for a office visit that should be included
