I appreciated that they accepted us without an appointment and helped us in a very timely manner. They bent over backwards to help us.

I still am unsure if my dog needs a second flu shot since she was delayed in the series because there was a shortage of flu shots. I did not eat the veterinarian because my dog did not see a vet, just a tech

I am so thankful for the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. I am new to Bowling Green and I had a negative experience at my last vet so I was very nervous but they were nothing but caring to my Birdie and I’m so appreciative

Dr.Price did great job with both girls. Brought some issues to our attention and a treatment plan with scheduled rechecks. Definitely recommend the Doctors and staff.

Really enjoy your pet services, staff is great, put your prices on grooming and dental cleaning are not so budget friendly. I just about fainted when I got the bill for a dental cleaning, I was quoted about $250.00 plus any extraction for one dog ( $766 ) later, glad my heart is healthy, granted 2 grooming was included ( $110 ) for 2 dogs that weighed 10 lbs each, do y’all have a payment plan?

Love Greystone! You are the best, but…all of my friends who have pets say the same thing,”No! They are too expensive.” Or, “No! They’re the most expensive vet in town.” I’m sorry guys, but that’s what I get ALL the time. I’ve been with Greystone since the year after you opened and I’ve never thought about changing Vets.

I felt very welcomed there, from reception to the doctor. Dr. Price was very knowledgeable and took her time with me.

Great doctor. Knows everything about dogs and what could go wrong. Willing to work with us to keep expenses down.

Dr. Paxton is a family friend and I recommend anyone I know to him. He is great and very knowledgeable. One thing I did not necessarily like was the way the receptionist acted. I am unsure of her name, but she is the older lady with all the tattoos. She was rude and short with me, and acted like I bothered her when I asked her simple questions. I believe she is replaceable. She acted like everyone irritated her. I watched her interact with a few customers and each were treated the same way.

Service was great loved the staff and Dr. But you charged us for nail clip on one dog that wasn t clipped .

I enjoy mixing it up with the staff. They re the best at what they do.

Dr Price and staff are wonderful. Staff calls me and my pets by name. They are response to my needs. Dr Price spends the time needed to talk through my pets health ... takes the time and is not rushed.

Dr Price and everyone there truly cares for the animals. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It would be nice for office to be open at 7:30 for grooming drop offs….we have to be at work by 8 most mornings….that extra 10-15 minutes really helps. But we love everybody at Greystone!!!!

Most bothersome issue is when you’re speaking with the receptionist and they completely ignore you to take a phone call. Not just to answer and ask the caller to hold please, but they act like they weren’t just in the middle of something and have all day to chit chat.
