I did not talk to the tech or Vet. No one said when the test results would be available or if I would be notified of the results. There was no one else in the waiting room, but I still waited a while before the receptionist took my dog back. While I don’t know what other situations they were dealing with in the back, it might be nice to communicate how long the wait mighr be, etc.

Thank you for making time to meet my foster dog so that we could make sure she had initial medical care and was started on HW and flea preventative. I appreciate everyone s patience with her unsocialized self.

Aside from being left waiting in the exam room for 15 - 20 minutes, when all I needed to do was check out... everything was great.

Greystone Pet Hospital has always given us outstanding care from saving a life in the middle of the night to helping us welcome an addition to our family. The patience and understanding exemplified by all staff members is outstanding. We would be lost without them.

Love y’all but I wish prices were a little bit cheaper

Everyone was so friendly and answered all my questions. I came to greystone after seeing another local vet for 4 years. The other vet always told me that my cats teeth were fine and “cats just have bad breath”. Dr. Matt Paxton took one look at her teeth and knew that something wasn’t right. 8 teeth were extracted. Thanks for helping my baby feel better and be healthier!

Great experience from beginning to end

I was disappointed because Cloeys surgery was canceled after Dr Paxton examined her. She already had her IV placed and lab work and sedation. In my opinion, she needed to be examined PRIOR to any of this being done. $230 later I took her home.

Absolutely love this place.

Dr. Paxton is a family friend and I’ve known him for a long time. A great veterinarian, that I would highly recommend to anyone. His knowledge and acute sense of the business makes doing business with him seamless.
