Prices too high

Overpriced for 5 minutes

The vet tech dragged my dog across the floor by his leash because he was afraid to walk on the tile. After I told her this repeatedly it wasn t until I offered to carry him that she picked him up (he only weighs 45 lbs). I thought this caused him and me unnecessary distress. I love Dr. Paxton and the way you all work hard to get me in quickly to be seen.

I absolutely love the staff. My dog actually gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. That to me is proof Greystone is the very best place for my animals to go when they feel bad. Thanks Greystone!

The Doctors at Greystone have been taking great care of my fur babies since I moved to Bowling Green (over 10 years now!) I can’t imagine taking them to anyone else.

Just a suggestions for your Christmas cards. It would be a lot warmer and friendlier if you just signed Dr. Matt or Dr. Paxton. Signing Dr. J. Doe or Dr.John Doe sounds like we are all strangers and don t know each other which defeats the point of a Christmas card. Just sayin........

I have always been very happy with all the services. I am particularly happy with being able to schedule appts on-line.

My visit was not a pleasant one to say the least. I was expecting one thing and found out upon picking up Cooper something totally different. To put it in a nutshell, I was in shock at the total bill for having his teeth cleaned and a few shots. Some work was done that I did not authorize, heartworm.. Bill was $378. I made his appointment almost a year ago to take advantage of the 50% discount for dental cleaning that I was told would be a given in February. Found out too late that this did not exist. So Dr. Paxton and I worked it out one-on-one via his call to me after the fact. I made a suggestion that they let customers know in advance of what they would be paying so no shockers. Dr. Paxton told me it wasn t about the money, he wanted me to be happy. What needs to be remembered is that Seniors live on fixed incomes and most of us have dogs. I would guess that most don t take care of their dogs as they should because of the ridiculous costs of vets. Way overpriced!! Someone needed to speak up and I did. Maybe consider senior discounts. Finally, Debbie knew the situation and chose to answer phones, instead of putting them on hold, when I was waiting to pay. I know customer service and this just added fuel to a fire burning at the time. Very unprofessional behavior.

Great vet care, but wait time for grooming is crazy. I called mid-Oct and have to wait til mid-Jan. I consider this a big problem.

I did not receive an itemized bill, but I should have asked.

Since this was an emergency visit, I knew I would have to wait. I appreciate that the staff were able to let me leave my dog for blood work and to come back to pick him up that afternoon.

We appreciate the option to drop Oso off since Dr. Stephenson was already booked for her last day of appointments prior to the Thanksgiving holiday! He--and we--are much more comfortable now for the long weekend.

This was for a grooming appointment it’s very hard to get into see her you have to make an appointment at least two months in advance She does a very good job
