I had several issues this visit. It started with not getting a response on my original request to bring my pet in. It ended with a phone call from one of the staff members telling me (in a seemingly accusatory way) that I had not paid for a nail trim. Several things in between I don’t want to type in. It was the most unpleasant experience. Not what I’m used to from Rockdale Animal

The nature of THE virus makes meet and greets very difficult. I’m glad RockAnimal is still seeing my “kids”. It’s very difficult to offer any realistic “advice” or suggestions as I don’t know how best to proceed either
