Love the service all the time. Staff is awesome, and make us feel like family. When we bring a dog in for a specific reason, I think it would be much better for the Dr. To do a more thorough head to toe exam. We see our pets everyday and may sometimes become desensitized to behavior or bodies compensating for something. A good looking over would be much better for caring for the animal as a team.

Most impressed with the down home comfortable staff and facility. My pets and I were so welcomed and never judged. Staff was amazing, and I didn t leave without an absolute understanding of all my pets needs then and in the future. Highly recommendable.

Dr Crain and his staff are the BEST, always in all ways. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Crain for at least 26 years. We continue to go to him even though we have moved about 40 minutes away. He and his staff are so caring, considerate and competent. We LOVE him!!!!

I would like to thank Dr. Whitlock and the professional staff of Rockdale hospital for the care I received for my dog. My animal has miraculously improved and on the way to a fast recovery. Thank you for trimming Suzy Qs nails and expressing her anal glands. These are parts of DIY grooming that we struggle with. We lost our mobile groomer and having difficulty finding a new one. Suzy suffers separation anxiety when separated from us too long. She is so precious to us and we are always trying to minimize her anxiety. Thanks Again.
