We feel our Shelties are well cared for at BAH. The office staff is compassionate and informative. Brittany does a wonderful job on spa day. We love you all! ??????

I feel like I m with family when I am there. I trust the doctors and staff with something precious ...my furbabies! The business is run well and efficient and I feel genuinely cared for.

We love the practice, but wish staff would wear masks.

We took our cat for declawing, and as much as I hated to do that to her, she was ruining our furniture. The vet as well as the staff were welcoming and treated our cat with kindness and care before, during and after the surgery. Our cat is a part of our family, and like any pet owner, we love her. She is back home and happy to be here.

When making an appointment the client needs to be told if masks are required and if they have to call when arriving still. The sign on the window said to call but I had forgotten my cell phone and had to leave my dog in the car while I went in to check.

I have a standing appt. at the end of every month for Max s bath. I have NEVER encountered a problem with this arrangement or his having to be seen for a wellness check. They have ALWAYS made time for me when Max is suddenly taken ill or if I call with a 100 questions !! I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place with caring people. Even when I am down, they can make me smile. They not only care for Max, but me also. They listen no matter how crazy I seem at times. Max is my life and they take extraordinary care of him. I can t thank them enough.

Love scheduling an appt online

We needed a visit on a Saturday to discuss a medicine that was effecting our dog. Dr. Thompson made arrangements for us to be worked in even though his schedule was full. He then changed the medicine and gave us credit for the other unused medicine.

I made appointment for my two big dogs, and I was worked in, to have my little dog seen. Everyone were pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of my pets.
