Overall I was happy with my visit. The staff and doctor were very nice and I felt my animal’s need was met. However, did notice that the exam room did not appear very clean . The floors and baseboards appear to be dirty.

Dr. Afshar is outstanding. We drive 25 minutes to take our dogs to her, even though we are 5 minutes from our second choice vets. She also does dentals!!!

I was very impressed with the staff. This was my first time to the facility. Even though my dog already has a diagnosis I wanted to talk with the vet and work with them on my dog s care. The vet did NOT make me feel like I was wasting her time. She was very attentive and engaged with me and my pet. She answered all of my questions and was very supportive. It has been a roller coaster ride for me with my pets sudden illness and she was very reassuring.

Jaime is the one person who always gives us a very friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude. The doctor, we did have concerns. We felt like we were being rushed. We thought the doctor was taking notes, my kitty was taken to the back, and i could hear him cry. The usual was done to him the blood work and urine test. The vet ask one of her assistants to ask us a question re: his current medication. We were still in the check up room, she could have come out and ask us directly. We got the results back the next day. with normal the usual response. I wanted to ask the vet questions directly, but we were told she only makes calls after a certain time and it would be better to email her!!! Because, this is a location that is the closes to us and to eliminate the stress it causes my kitty, we take him here, and we for many years, with other vets, but now it appears there is only one. Dr. Afshar. We did emailed her our many concerns, she did ended up talking to us with many apologies. So many other concerns we had, but too many to write down. I sure do hope she either gets help by possibly getting another vet to assist, like Dr. Belding, Dr. jackson, they did at some point and we were so happy, as we know them both for many years, from the Chatworth location.

I really liked the office, the staff, the vet. I’ve been there 2 times in a week and was treated great and so were my animals. The bills weren’t high either :). I highly recommend this veterinary office!

I love this vet. They are always helpful and friendly on the phone and when you get to their office you feel confident that your pet is in good hands, I would recommend this vet to anybody they are amazing.

Altho there was a 5 day wait for an appt, which can seem like an eternity with a sick animal (tho not quite an emergency ), I was so grateful to get an actual appt with a specific vet, and a vet that I have the highest confidence in. I should have been more proactive and asked about the cost of a particular treatment option, that is, injection versus oral medication. I knew an injection was more expensive, just didn t realize how much more expensive it was until after the fact. But everyone was both friendly and efficient, which is always appreciated!
