I was very impressed with the service I received. I have a diabetic cat and the staff was very professional and pleasant. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was greeted and did not wait long for my appointment. I contacted this clinic due to great reviews and positive comments from others regarding their experience. I was unhappy with my current veterinarian provider. Dr Hott answered all my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize Colonial Veterinary Clinic for any future services needed for my pets.

My visits are always quick and easy. Love the staff, everyone is friendly and so sweet to my boys.

We love Dr Hott and the staff who always make us feel that our pets are wonderful...even when we know they can be pickles at times! We feel our dogs are gifts from the Lord and they treat them as such. Thank you for your excellent care.

I would rate all of the services as excellent. Everyone in the office always seems to really care for the animals. Usually AJ does not appear to be too apprehensive when he finds out where we are going.

I was extremely impressed at the thorough exam that Dr. Hott gave Bella. I had never seen or heard of a Vet taking such time in his exam and explanations. I feel very confident in placing Bella in his care. I enjoyed meeting Joy after speaking with her on the phone. She was very helpful in making me feel confident in my decision to change Vets. Kristen was very sweet and also very helpful. I m happy to have them all on my little Bella s side.
