Lindsay was phenomenal with Finley. As Finley is a puppy overcoming a traumatic past and very new to her fur-ever home, experiencing her first vet visit, she was super patient and reassuring. Dr. Young was great, too. She took all the time I needed to fully understand the diagnosis and answered all my questions. She even provided additional reading material. I would not send my fur baby anywhere else!!

There was a significant delay due to an emergency --pet being treated. Everyone waiting with their pets seemed to understand and we all spent time visiting with each other & their pets. We all would our pet to receive treatment in the case of illness or injury. No problem! NOTE: If the ratings on my response did not register, please know that the responses were ALL FIVES!

This was my 1st visit as I recently moved to the. I brought my kitty in for evaluation. The front office staff was great - friendly, kind, and had great communication. Dr Young and Lindsey. They were both great! Lindsey was kind and a great listener. Dr Young is clearly intelligent, well educated, and an experienced practitioner. I appreciated her thorough exam of my kitty. She presented diagnostic exam options that had not previously been presented by our vet in Arizona. I felt like Dr Young and Lindsey were listening to me and my concerns. I’m so grateful I found this practice.

You all take great care of my sweet little boy. Thank you so much, he means the world to me.

My expectations with BAVH were exceeded in every aspect. I brought my cat Paco here for what ended up being a few night stay and felt comfortable knowing that he was being taking care and the problem was being addressed. From the front office to Dr. Stevenson I knew that Paco was getting the best care possible. Dr. Stevenson provided me thorough updates every night and the vet techs handled Paco with care and patience. For a 3 night stay with lots of care and issues being addressed the bill was completely affordable. It s safe to say I found my new veterinary office! Thank you BAVH.

I am always so pleased with the front desk personnel as well as the doctors and their staff. I feel good when I go there and I know that everyone is concerned about my Danica and they ensure that she is taken care of as well as myself. Everyone is very helpful, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I love Bel Air Veterinary - I will not go anywhere else.
