Thank you so much for all you did for Cruiser. I feel bad, though, because I forgot to give the two people who helped with Cruiser s nails, hairy feet and hairy body. I hope I don t forget the next time we re in. One of the best comments is that Cruiser LOVES coming to see all of you. He gets excited (more than usual) when I take the back road (Tollgate rather than Rt. 24) because he knows where he s going. He even starts crying. That proves everyone there is AWESOME. Dr Kara Young is an outstanding veteranarian. She knows her stuff and took a lot of time educating me through her thorough explanations. Everything was great from scheduling to pickup. I scored 5 stars on provider spent enough time because that is the case when we see Dr. Schmidt. Overall excellent experience as always. One suggestion would be to have the surgeons interact with owners personally for review of procedure and follow up care.

Clicking on the stars isn t working for me for some reason. But I thought that experience was excellent.

The staff at Bel Air Vet are always super friendly to the pets and their owners. I received a call from Trinity today asking how my dog was doing. I appreciate their genuine concern.

I was very satisfied with the care you gave my cat And even though She had to stay overnight I knew she would be in good hands. My husband had some questions about the procedure for our cat and when he called to speak with the doctor that treated her he was very helpful and kind. Also we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call the day after we. brought our cat home to see how she was doing

Dr. Stevenson is so patient and kind. He has a great rapport with my pet, and really takes the time to answer my questions. The front desk staff is also so welcoming, kind and efficient.

Everyone was great. I know our old dog can be difficult. You do need to get updated Heartgard coupons though. The two that I received from you expired December 31, 2019 so I cannot redeem them. Not a huge deal though, everyone was friendly, courteous, and respectful.

We were visiting to see the boarding facilities and were very impressed. We have not seen the doctor as of yet but we did make an appointment. The staff was very friendly and informative.
