I like the new billing that there is a deposit now. I was able to get my dog in faster than in the past because of others scheduling appointments then cancelling at the last minute. I prefer that she see her regular vets than for me to have to take her to the emergency room for treatment especially when it is not an emergency.

I know it s difficult to spend enough time with the animals and keep to the schedule, but waiting in the heat or running the car engine for an extended period is not ideal. I also wondered why some were allowed to wait inside; we, and I can only assume everyone, had been requested to wait until accompanied inside. The care itself was professionally and thoughtfully handled.

It was necessary for me to stay in my car because I had my husband who has Alzheimers with me and would be impossible for me to come inside. Being able to have an appointment that I could remain in my car was extremely important for me.
