In the past, vets have talked down to me or hurried me along with little explanation, but that was not the case here at all. I came to my appointment with some serious concerns about my cat -- and even with the necessary curbside approach -- I left feeling relieved, informed, and with a future plan for our situation. I am very grateful to Dr. Kirchofer and the staff for their attentiveness and efficiency.

Because of coVid 19 precautions, I did not go into the building. I can only assume it was nice and clean, as it has been in the past.
