Dr. Hehn is a sensitive, caring, gentle, doctor who always demonstrates wisdom and good judgment and never seems in a rush, l always takes time to answer questions to one s satisfaction (P.S. I tried to click on Excellent for all 5 questions above but nothing happened.

A very satisfactory visit,am not sure how much Lily enjoyed it!! ,but the technision did a great gentle grooming and her nails too. She loves the dried RCVD food #A so I shall not give her any other and will try to introduce gradually the wet,my concern is to keep her healthy she is my adorable little friend .Sheila Ferguson

As always, the care and attention given to my cats is outstanding. Dinah had her teeth cleaned last week - everyone was very friendly and provided all the necessary details about her procedure and after care. Dr. Gellman called to let me know everything went according to plan. Dinah got home and was acting like herself in no time. Thank you!

Dr Mesinna was excellent substitute for regular staff, in fact actually nice to have new perspective on cat s conditions.

We were very satisfied with the professionalism, articulation, and pleasant personality of Dr. Bernadino. The technicians were confident and nice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the phone call the next day to check in with my cat. The people of Chestnut Hill cat clinic are wonderful.

You guys need magnets with your contact info! I would like a fridge magnet with the phone number and hours -- easier to locate than finding the business card. Just an idea. Could have a cat theme.

The staff was friendly and thorough. The doctor spent a lot of time answering our many questions. We are delighted with the practice.

We made the appointment 4 months ago because we were told a tooth needed to be extracted, so we thought that extraction was included in the estimate we got at that time. It was NOT included, which we found out on the surgery day. With 3 cats and no discount, I don t think we can afford to bring our other 2 cats to you for dental work, unless something can be worked out.
