I requested a copy of my cats records for my insurance and have yet to recieve the records.

Our wait time in the examining room before the vet arrived was a little too long.

All the staff that my husband and I encountered there on Saturday made our first visit to the clinic so wonderful! We felt so safe and comfortable allowing the vet to look at my cat!

Dr.Leibovitz went above and beyond to find a solution for our kitten who had some unusual health problems. She worked well after office hours to find us a surgeon who could accommodate our needs. The office staff was caring and friendly, too. Excellent vet and practice.

The staff and vet are so nice to both me and my cats. They all obviously love cats. The receptionist even helped me take the 2 cat carriers back to my car.

It would be really nice if there wasn’t a new doctor every time I come in there. There’s no sense of continuity with doctors who know my cats.

Just wish care for my cat wasn t so expensive.

Dr Bates said something about build-up in one of Iris ears. When I got home, I realized the ear had not been cleaned. I think it should have been.
