Dr. Runnels and the staff were so nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Most importantly, Dr. runnels was extremely great with answering all my questions and relieving my anxiety. I won’t go anywhere else.

Always great to see the staff and Dr. Burcham. They are great with my dog Olly.

One of the biggest reasons I go to Mariposa is because they make me feel like Salvi is their most important patient! I never feel rushed and when a phone call is necessary, they take their time to answer all of my questions! Love Dr Lu!

1 STAR on “Was it easy to get in to be seen”, due to how far out appointments are getting to be to schedule. Used to be could get an appointment within same week of calling; but now it is typically at least 2 weeks out. I can truly appreciate Mariposa’s success and more patients; but is there anything that can be done to make it easier to get appointments scheduled sooner? Thanks for your survey!! Thoroughly enjoyed by vet and her staff. However no prices were explained and no procedures were explained leaving me with $110 bill for services not yet rendered. When I checked out the lady said absolutely nothing to me except swipe your card now. That was frustrating but overall my experience was good

J C Burcham dvm is excellent! She is so good with my parrot. Knows a lot about birds. Their not easy pets. Thankyou so much for always a good visit and care.

Office hours would be more convenient if the clinic was open until 6 or longer Saturday hours.

We drive two hours from where we live to have our dogs seen by Mariposa. Dr.Dobson and Dr. Runnels are wonderful, we couldn t ask for better. All of the support staff are amazing and so kind as well.

It s a beautiful office. Everyone is very friendly and attentive to our animals. It would be nice to have Saturday morning hours.

I had a great experience overall. The staff was very caring to my rabbit and I could really tell that he was in great hands. Everything was simple, explained very well and I was able to relax and not fear my rabbits surgery. I want to thank the doctors for being so generous and caring about the overall wellbeing of my animal and doing such a great job.

We love coming to Mariposa as we know the vets and staff will doing everything possible to care for our babies.

It would be helpful if there was someone to see emergencies for at least a half day on Saturday.

Would appreciate occasional weekend appointments to see a doctor on a Saturday or laser treatment on a Saturday rather than just having weekday appointments. Even an occasional late night appointment, once or twice month would be nice.

I bring my pit bull mix to Mariposa for help with controlling his allergy reactions without using steroids. Both Dr. Dodson and Dr. Runnels have been exceptional in listening to my concerns and offering suggestions and treatment.

Dr. Runnels is the best. This visit I was able to schedule Benson and get his situations handled. In the past, during some urgent and emergency situations, I have had a difficult time getting in to see anyone and had to seek other vets. I don t want to have to do that. I like Runnels and she has known my pets so I don t want to be forced to go elsewhere when that pet is in trouble. This visit went smoothly, but it wasn t urgent and we had time to get in.
