This was my first time visit and I had no idea you had a policy against retractable leashes. I wish I had known that before I came into the office, I don’t have a problem with it but the reception staff treated me weird because of it. I felt like it started my visit off strange.

We ve had several dogs in our 34 year marriage, and consequently many vets. Dr Runnels is the best veterinarian we have ever had. She is compassionate, kind, gentle, thorough, and a great listener! The problem is that it s such a great practice that sometimes it s hard to get in! The good thing is that they make every effort to find a way to see your pet and will call if there is a cancellation so that you can get in sooner. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. They genuinely care about every single client and patient. What a wonderful practice! I tell all my friends with pets that they should go there. I appreciate exploring holistic options rather than always going directly to prescription medications that often work to treat the symptoms rather that finding the cure. Prescription meds definitely have there place but so do alternative options as well. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our furry babies!

very disappointed in not receiving results from my dogs blood work. I received heartworm results, but not results from blood panel. My appt. was 04-02-19 and I still have no results. I called the office on 04-05-19 and was told a message would be given to Dr. Burcham to call me. I have heard nothing.
