It would be here helpful if the exam room at the far southwest end of the building had a sunshade, there were fewer large plants in the room to allow more space, a floormat that can be easily cleaned, and a bale.

Prices not competitive. A lot of internet communication about your prices.

The front desk person was a bit cold, over all things were perfect!
