This appointment was a house visit by Dr Lu hence my N/As regarding the office setting. Dr Lu and her able assistant were kind, courteous, professional and gentle with my 2 cats. I wouldn t hesitate to have them attend to my pets again!

We know our cat can be “particular” on her level of cooperation and greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and accommodations.

I remember having trouble with the outside door. I was carrying a heavy cat in his carrier. I m getting too used to those large handicap buttons to push that open the doors, I guess. We also had to wait quite a long time to get in for the wellness visit. Maybe because we had two cats to be seen.

Love this office for my fur babies! They are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable in many aspects of care and not just prescribing pharmaceutics.

They treated my dog with so much compassion and groomed him during his sedation while his leg was casted. Dr.Runnels and her assistant were amazing!

Prompt follow up on results directly from Dr Sheila is a big bonus.

Ask where the customer would like to get prescriptions. Your prescriptions are way overpriced and the customer should have an option.

Dr Runnels and staff are awesome. They make you feel like our dog is their dog. They really care. 5 stars for every question.

Dr Lu was awesome! Squeezed me in for this appt but I never felt rushed!

Dr. Carrier was absolutely wonderful. He was more patient and understanding of Sookie than most vets I have seen. I feel he was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and our appointment never felt rushed. I loved that many of his beliefs, and the beliefs of the entire practice, align with my own. Every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. I really appreciated the cat specific exam rooms. We will definitely be back!

Saw a different vet then my usual but still he was amazing and I was confident that my cat got the best care!!

This has to be the best clinic and vet (Dr. Dodson) in the KC metro. Our gentle giant is so scared of the vet, everyone pulls out all the stops to make him happy every time.

Henry had taurine blood test and an echocardiogram done. The technician was wonderful - competent, kind with Henry, and I was grateful to be able to stay with him while he was having a test. It was altogether a good experience... as always. thank you.

The doctor and technician were wonderful. My lower rating for the staff being friendly and helpful was regarding the front desk staff.

I notified the staff of the type of food I was feeding my pet, but they only told me that it was not good due to the effects that it can have on him. But I do not know which food would be better.

I am impressed and glad I finally switched from Ridgeview Animal Hospital. I honestly think my dog Sweetie enjoyed her visit! We really enjoyed that room with 3 lovely windows! Funny how something like that can calm a dog....
