Dr Carrier was amazing! He took the time to find a vet recommendation in Omaha for when we move after just 1 visit here. He did not have to do that but it is very appreciated!

Thank you for always taking such great care of our pets. Even when we aren t able to physically be in their appointments due to COVID, we are still assured the best care by everyone at Mariposa. We are really grateful for both the techs and doctors there! :)

We typically use the Comfort Room, which is quite cluttered. Removing the overly large plants would be a great start. It would also benefit from having an easy-to-clean mat in lieu of the indoor-outdoor rug that’s in there now.

We only had a quick shot (10min appointment) but I had to book almost 15 days in advance. I am sure it is due to social distancing but that seems a little too long.

I want to say how appreciative how I was recently regarding my kitty Blinks. I know you are very busy right now but I had a sick kitty and you were very helpful to get him in to be seen that day. It turns out his heart condition had progressed quite a bit and Dr. Burcham was able to get him also scheduled for an echocardiogram the next day as well. I am grateful that you worked him in. I have been bringing my pets to Mariposa for 4 years or so, after my vet of 20 plus years retired. I have been very happy with the care they have received and have seen all of the vets in your practice. All of them are very kind and compassionate with my kitties. I appreciate that your vets also seem to be very much in tune with cats. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Many,many thanks to Dr Sheila! She & her wonderful staff saved our Ava. She was returned to us in the most horrific condition.Ava was dying and Dr Sheila,her staff, front office,surgical staff all worked together & saved her. We can not say enough on how thankful we are. We couldn t do what we feel is our mission in life so save, help the dumped,abused cats without Dr Sheila & Marposia. We love you all!

Difficult to complete this questionnaire this time since I could not go in with my dog for her appointment as would be under normal conditions.

Our old dog was seen on short notice and a nodule removed with local anesthetic to avoid her heart problems. Very much appreciated. They always tell me she s sweet - and she is, but it s nice to hear them say it.

All the staff at Mariposa has always been so caring and thoughtful with my cats and me! So appreciate all they do :)

Have taken my Rusty here since he was a puppy and love his doctor and staff! He was seen very quickly for his ear infection and his doctor came out to the car and immediately knew he was in bad shape. I appreciate her and all of her staff. You all are truly amazing and I also recommend others to go to you guys!! Rusty was on the mend so fast! Everyone in your office is so pleasant and helpful.

We love all of the staff at Mariposa! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. Runnels always goes above and beyond to take care of our kiddos.

Some of this will not apply because clients are not yet able to come in with their animals but seems like they’ve got it pretty down pat.

The corona protocol works great. While I do like to accompany Henry in to the room, my six-year history with you all made me very comfortable in just letting him go to see Dr. Shelia. He loves her! I did have a stool specimen with me but forgot to get it out to give to the tech. If he needs to return following his titres I ll be sure to bring him and a stool sample from that day. :o)

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I believe our dog will receive great care and support from Mariposa. Our only concern was the waiting in the car and all the hoopla regarding not being able to get out of the car, masks, etc. Being that it was our very first visit, with this dog, with this doctor, it would have been very nice to see the person s face and really be able to meet them. It also forces people to have to use their cell phones in order to receive service. Often lately, we ve not been taking our phones with us when we are out and about, but were lucky to have them this time. We believe that things need to get back to normal. I m sure it won t anytime soon, it seems, but we feel this needs to end and time to stop with the hysteria. It is quite uncomfortable to be stuck waiting in a vehicle in hot sun, with a dog, not allowed out of the car. This was our only complaint, but realize you are probably being ordered to do this. We just don t agree it s necessary to keep this up any longer. These things definitely make us hesitant to make appointments. Thank you!

I am so thankful for the personalized care you provide. My pup and I miss you when he’s healthy enough not to come regularly! You’ve made a huge difference in his quality of life and I love how we have real relationships with vets, techs and staff. And you’re handling COVID with flexibility and great service. THANK YOU!
