We love Dr. Dodson and Mariposa Veterinary Center!

Love this clinic! All the Doctors are wonderful, as are support staff.

Dr Carrier is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and great with our older dog. The front desk staff were helpful in getting her in when we suspected she had a UTI (which she did).

Mari Pisa is an amazing excellent wellness center. My Yorkies normally shake and they were fault calm and relaxed. Excellent care and service.

Everyone always makes us feel special

I loved the office and appreciated the time spent with us! My frustration is that I think our diagnosis was incorrect because I gave Gracie turkey after it was approved and now her poop that was improving is back to liquid. I m super frustrated and disappointed.

Mariposa is the BEST. My girl s and I love them

I regularly take my cats to Mariposa and have always received quality care. My most recent visit was to get my senior cat her monthly shot of Solensia. It was a quick in and out visit. I stayed in the car and paid over the phone and set up her next appointment.

Whenever I come to Mariposa I am always very satisfied. The staff is always above board. Everything is always satisfactory.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Kinnon getting us in so quickly, as it was an urgent matter.

I was very impressed how Belle and Tori were taken card of and the length of time that was spent with them. Dr. Kinnion made sure neither of them were stressed and kept everything calm and caring for them.

Everyone here is nice except for one of the staff ladies that answers the phone sometimes when you call. I ve had her be insensitive about one of my pets dying.

If the process is to pay the bill from the outside, I would feel better if I had the invoice and how much I was going to have to pay before I walked outside. Speaking only for me, I want to know the various services performed and their related amounts in the presence of the doctor and make sure we are all on the same page. I have not disputed a charge with the clinic, but anything that lessens misunderstandings provides a better experience.

We received a call that Sunny’s blood sample was compromised and had to come in again. Taking in him two times in 24 hours was stressful. We attempted to take him in for the dental procedure itself and were unsuccessful. We also never received a call regarding the results of the blood test prior to the dental procedure. Generally we like this office but the experience with communication this week has been lacking, and stressful.

I called from my car after the appointment, but I was sent to voicemail. I also replied to the email letting me know that his fecal sample looked good, but I haven t received a reply. I m just wanting to pay for my appointment. Otherwise, all went well. Hopefully Leo can get in earlier than July 27th to have his teeth cleaned. Thanks!

Dr. Dodson has a special touch to calm my Shadow during visits that no one else seems to have. She is patient and understands any concerns. I am willing to wait for an appointment with Dr. Dodson, as busy as she is, in order for Shadow to be able to see her.
