I am confused about ordering the z/d dry cat food. I had two autoships going and don t even remember setting up one of them, so I have cancelled both reorders and will set up autoship again when Winnie has eaten the 5 pounds of dry food we currently have in the house.

2 1/2 months ago I had been through the whole process to have my female cat spayed. This time I called knowing what the routine is to make an appointment for my male cat to come in and see the vet get the necessary exam & shots to prepare him for neutering. When I arrived, they took my cat back without me. I questioned why I was not going back with my cat like I had with my female when she was spayed. I was told that because my cat was born in my house and had never been outside, it was unlikely he had any health issues. This lead me to believe that the next appointment made would be for neutering. The tech gave him his shots and gave him back to me. The front desk wanted to make another appointment for more shots and to see the doctor since we had not seen the vet. So now I have to come back again to see the vet before we can schedule neutering. It is not easy for me to get my pets in, so I try to do it in the most efficient way with the least amount of travel. Apparently my appointment was not made correctly from your front desk so I now have to come back two more times to complete the process. This is frustrating and has cost me extra time and money for an extra visit unnecessarily.
