The staff is understanding of our dog s reactive behavior to other dogs allowing us to use a different entrance for him. Also, they come out to our car to escort us so we don t have to wait in the lobby. This is greatly appreciated creating less stress on our dog and on us.

I hope she is not drugged because the shots are not supposed to be. Anyhow, it s a real relief not to see her scratching her ears nor underside. We ll see how she is tomorrow. Lovely, spacious, clean reception room and treatment rooms. Very professional and courteous staff at the counter, great vet tech who asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. I found my veterinarian practice!

We were just there for a blood test. My dog does not like other animals so the staff was very good about taking him in an office from the outside and making sure he was well taken care of. He loves people, just not other animals. I appreciate that the staff works with us.
