I am happy they listened to me and honored my original estimate. They took good care of my dog and gave her back to me as soon as they could.I told them I don t like my dog kept in a kennel and they made sure she got home as soon as possible.

Just a suggestion: Is it possible to add more seating in the waiting room next to the area for adoptable cats? Maybe even just one more small couch....
