All of the staff is excellent and kind. The grooming service is absolutely amazing!

I do have one complaint my appointment was for 2 o’clock and I was not even seen until 245 I had to go up to the desk and ask why I was not being seen. There was no excuse for this because there was nobody else waiting to see the doctor at that time. I believe I should have been seen sooner and not have a 45 minute wait.

I was happy that all of the things that l wanted to do but kept forgetting to do at past appointments were all taken care of in one visit. The veterinarian and the staff are great. I got both of my dogs Heartworm tests done as well as their medications and flea, tick, and mosquito medications and had the vet administer them to them too, and l only had one dog scheduled for the visit and they looked at my other dog as well even though she didn t have an appointment for her with no problem. My dogs dont like going to the vet s, but, l have complete confidence at this facility and the veterinarian and the staff.
