Dr.Mercer has been treating Atilla since she was 6weeks old and even with such a minor issue like she had today,Dr.Mercers attention to detail is always very reassuring and accurate! I feel that my animal s get the best treatment and I get the best guidance!, it allows me to sleep well at night knowing that they re in good hands! And, the office and clinical staff are always very professional and courteous!

When I bring Casey for getting cleaned up every one that work there are always very nice to us.

All the staff are friendly and make it easy to bring your pet in.

Great staffs and facility

Isis time felt the doctor maybe was pressured maybe was having a bad day I don’t know, but he was very quick and I had a couple of more questions. I am always concerned about PRISHA times I have been there. We have talked briefly about this or that and had conversations. I felt very short and sweet but then I know also that doctors nurses desk friend whoever individuals sometimes have a bad day, and I do know that he was overly working on another dog. That’s what I was told.

Answered@No” to needs being met because my pet was in for a recheck and blood was taken for a panel to be run but the equipment was broken so instead of getting the results and a go forward plan as was expected, I have to wait a couple of days for the results toi come back from the lab.

I’m really pleased with how comfortable max was with the vet and I look forward to taking him back when he needs it
