I really got a kick getting a text with my pet in the room waiting before surgery. I think I would have gotten one after as well.

Doc Clapper has been attending to Lady Ginger vet needs since we made her part of our family 11 years ago, and has shown the upmost care for her as anyone could ask for.

If I could give 10 star I would. Dr. Clapper and her staff are exceptional. Their treatment of my lab was right on and the cost of all that they did was very reasonable. Can t say enough about this facility.

Partially my fault because I just wanted to be home after a long day at work, but I wish I would ve asked more questions about the healing process. Seemed straight forward until I got home and realized she needed a cone. I didn t know how long to keep it on, etc. Other than that, Sami and Dr. Bill were so great with Nugget! She doesn t just go up to many people but she went right up to Sami and gave her a kiss! Thanks Bryan Road Animal Hospital.

We trust him for always knowing what is best for our dogs. He has a wonderful bed-side-manner when treating our pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. You guys allowed us to bring our cat Eames in when we brought Pixel for her shots just so Eames could get a little more used to the office and hopefully not be so angry next time he has to come in. That s above and beyond. We really do love you guys!

I was thrilled to have found a vet that knows how to deal with birds. Especially Amazons. Anyway, my husband actually brought BOBO in while I was waiting in the car. I had a bad experience in Vermont once when I brought him to have his nails clipped and vowed I would never go through that again. John had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire visit. I can t thank you enough for your kindness and knowledge as it s pretty hard to find a vet that will even deal with them. I ll be calling when it s time for his next check-up and/or nail trim. I love coming here knowing that the staff is always super sweet (in any situation) and very professional. I ve taken my dogs to other vets around town and none of them have the same respect and affection for animals as the Bryan Road Animal Hospital does. The pricing is really reasonable too, no astronomical vet fees, and the vets here always have generic solutions to name brands that work equally as good.
