the staff always takes the time to answer any and all questions. time is made for the patient, and given much loving during the visit. I cannot see us taking our beloved pets anyplace else

I searched and searched for a very long time and have seen many different vets. I will never *ever* take my Chihuahuas to anyone else!!! If Dr. Clapper ever leaves, we will all be devastated!

My dog went to get neutered and microchipped this past Friday. I LOVED the specialized attention they gave him. They made him comfortable, made sure to keep us informed, and made us feel comfortable about the surgery. My only complaint was the discharge- they gave us great instructions on how to handle the next couple days and answered all of our questions. BUT, we weren’t told that they were sending him home with pain medicine that we were supposed to be giving our dog. We didn’t notice it was in with the papers until a day and a half later. He misses 2 doses in the first couple days, which is when he would have been in the most pain. Other than that, we had a great experience!
