Staff is very good with my dog and you can tell they care.

You all are unfailingly friendly and regularly exceed my expectations! The Doc (whose name escapes me at the moment, I’m sorry) was wonderful with my ratties, as was the vet tech/ assistant. I’m aware that vet docs have to undergo a lot of extra training to deal with rodents and exotics, so I appreciate her expertise and effort. It’s so apparent that she really loves little critters. Thank you for your caring and intelligent approach!

was really worried about my dog and terribly concerned that with my husband and I on disability that I wouldn t be able to afford to take care of her. The Dr and the tech were so understanding and didn t make me feel like a bad pet owner for having a limited amount I could spend on my baby. I would give my life for my pets, but resources are what they are. I have heard some people say things like if you can t afford to do anything and everything a pet needs, you shouldn t have one. I disagree. Our baby has a wonderful family life. We adore her, spoil her rotten and treat her like a queen. She makes us very happy in return. I have had vets treat me poorly in the past for this very reason, Bryan Road Animal Hospital NEVER has, they have only helped and I am eternally grateful!
