Dr. Clapper and the entire staff at Bryan road are just absolutely awesome. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful. I couldn t imagine taking my furbaby anywhere else.

Our visit was great. All our concerns were addressed and Rudy s ears are responding to the medication very quickly. His gums are also looking much better and his breath has improved greatly. The tip sheet for brushing was very informative and he has found out he likes having his teeth and gums treated. The staff is always great and we recommend you to all our family and friends.

Qualifications to above answers, as follows: 1) I was unable to schedule an appointment with the regular, appointed vet for 8 days. I did quickly, see another. 4) The reception office & waiting room was clean, & neat. Treatment areas were unseen.

Everyone was very good with Chewy. I was very worried given all the problems he was having and the pain he was in. The treatment was effective and he is recovering very quickly.

Could not be more impressed with Dr. Clapper. We have seen many vets for our dogs throughout the year and her people skills and dog skills never cease to amaze us. We were referred to this facility by a friend and our only regret is that we didn t find Dr. Clapper sooner. Thank you for your compassion, patience, and understanding with us AND our furbabies! My response to getting I was an error! Was seen quickly the same day!

It was a little difficult to get in with my sick dog, which is likely a sign of a thriving business. My aging Yorkie has several health issues and nearing her time. It might be good to ask the age earlier or the vet techs having quicker access to the patient’s records. I love your practice. My comment might also be an indication of my own stress over my “baby”. Thank you.

Facility is very clean. Staff made us feel very welcome, especially with our pets name on the door. Everyone was great. Thank you. We will definitely continue to bring our pets here.
