I have been there many times. Everyone is always very nice, and respectful. My dog is always treated well by all the staff. I only wish is to be with my dog during the visit. I know that is hard as you are so busy at the satellite places, but it would be helpful.

This was our first time using your services. We are retired and oxygen dependent, so drop off, pick up aspect is great for us. Our kitty, Lewis, did great, and is back to being a normal, kinda naughty boy. Harassing his sisters, and climbing the furniture, and us! Back when the organization was Spay/Neuter KC, my husbands band, The Kaopectones, did a yearly benefit for you. Sadly, 2 of the members have passed away, and my husband is no longer able to perform due to advanced COPD. They really enjoyed it, as did their fans. I’ll be be back on Monday, helping a friend get her kitten Loba, Lewis’ sister, get spayed. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you! Peg Leftwich

I took Rieley to the Pet Resource Center of KC on Monday, 7-31-23 for her spay. She was dropped off and then picked up later on. When I went to pick her up, what took place was a nighmare, to put it nicely. The lady came out with the carrier I had put my cat in, but the cat in that carrier was not Rieley. I told her this. She lifted the carrier up and repeated, This is not your cat? I told her no, and showed her Rieley s photos stating that she is a TORTI POINT SIAMESE. She comes back out a minute later and shoves her cell phone in my face asking if this was my cat. I confirmed that this was Rieley. She told me that I said she was a Flame Point. Um no, I remember stating the correct breed. She finally brought Rieley out, handed me the cone for her to wear and said that she wouldn t keep it on. I said that she would bite, so I can put it on. Then, I was supposed to get 6 months of the flea control. I only got 1 month. The lady told me that s due to Rieley being a little under 5 pounds. Then send the next weight size with her. She said that I have a credit on my account to get the other ones each month. I understand that mistakes happen, but this lady was less than professional with the way she handled bringing the wrong cat in the carrier. I had to wait 30 minutes to get the same cat I brought in. I called and left a message on their voice mail stating that I wanted to file a complaint, but won t hear back until 7 days, if I hear anything at all. This is unacceptable for any vet clinic to have this happen. I won t be returning there.

I live on a fixed income and in the past I have had to put the regular vaccinations for my dog off till I could save up enough to take her into my vet. He is the one who actually told me about your services and suggested I go to you. This is the 2nd year I have been able to use your services and appreciate you guys for being there and truly helping our community. Thank you again!

I misunderstood about pick up. Please make sure client knows there is no phone call when to pick up. Only a text message saying a $35.00 late charge I was under the understanding that I would get a personal phone call. I was blessed that my daughter came by home and picked me up at 1:30. Thank you for helping all of us. May God keep your clinic open

I am a single Mom and a dog owner. My finances are limited. I am also a nightshift worker so my time is also limited. I like coming to you because of the convenience of the different days and times at your Mobile events. The dogs are always treated well and with love. My only complaint would be with check in. When I explained my financial struggles the woman seemed annoyed. I tried to tell her I didn t need one of the vaccines because we never board our dogs. Apparently it didn t change the cost. After she saw how concerned I was with the price she removed one of the services, (a test I didn t ask for) to reduce the price. She still seemed annoyed. I tried explaining to her how hard it was this year because one of my dogs weren t here this time because she passed away not long ago and how much we miss her. She ignored me and told me to wait by my car. Made me feel bad for a situation I can t help.

This facility was awesome. I love how I do not have to go inside. The only negative remark would be to tell customers don’t come between 12 and one because you’re going to lunch. Unfortunately I got there at 12:15 and had to sit there for Well, actually an hour, if I would’ve known this, I would not of came at that hour
