Dropping off was confusing. No lines and no one says where to go. Maybe the front could be for checkout and a line could form to go to counter on other side?

Amy in the Kansas City, Kansas facility was extremely nice, very friendly, and took time to find an answer to a question I had. Evidently my cat was a source of entertainment while still in his carrier before his neuter and she shared that story with me. Very happy with the service.

I was very pleased

the intake person talked to our 6 month old kitten and called her by name even though she had never seen her before. sparky was not just another animal to her. we talked about this one the way home. we felt comfortable leaving sparky there.post surgery instruction were clear.

I think there should be one more round of pain meds for the night you bring them home. Waiting till the next morning before we were to give him one was miserable, he was up all night long!

I would like to have received more individualized details about how my pet did during surgery and and information noted during her visit that may be helpful for me in her followup. I don t really feel I was told anything except the scripted aftercare instructions.

Everyone we came in contact showed their care fore the pets they were checking in or out. My Karma came through her spaying extremely well. The surgery was Thursday and the next day she was feeling really good. Today she is as if nothing had taken place. Thank you.

The woman that checked me in and out was so professional and compassionate and a great educator on the healing process. She was very thorough and did not rush to get to the next person like the others I witnessed did. She was fantastic.

We re on a super tight budget and I wasn t really expecting any level of amazing service from a spay/neuter clinic but I can honestly say the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. They rivaled the service I ve received at any crazy expensive vets office in the past. Will definitely recommend your clinic!
