I was immediately comfortable trusting the care of my pets to you upon my first interaction with customer service. Each interaction after was equally competent and friendly. I had four farm cats spayed or neutered over the course of one month and their care was exceptional! Thank you!

Had to take my dog to the vet late in the evening after her spay. It was bleeding too much. She is fine now. perhaps stiches would be better than glue.

Clinic was clean, just not the nicest location, building or finishes but it s a non profit, so understandable. Staff was very friendly. Only rated a 4 because the guy checking us out was reading from a paper and seemed like he didn t necessarily know the post-op instructions wel,l which doesn t instill the greatest confidence...but he was friendly and polite. Some of the staff is hard to understand. If they could speak slower, these are staff that repeat procedure at front desks in morning.

The process of check in could be much more efficient. I stood in a line waiting to check in and get paperwork, when I could have filled out this paperwork ahead of time and without instructions.

Everyone was great and really cared for our dog! They gave us all information we needed and wanted right away. It made this process so easy for us and our dog.
