I would like to suggest the staff play closer attention to the pet s medical documents. Perhaps verifying the last name and first name of the pet to the owners first and last name so the pet doesn t get mixed up. Even bringing the paperwork back when retrieving the pet! There was an issue with my billing and getting my pet. I was told I didn t purchase pain meds (I did). My card got charged. The paperwork had the wrong pet name, and they then brought me the wrong pet. This may have caused anxiety to the wrong pet that anticipated leaving. Once I said that s not my dog, she then double checked the paperwork and refunded the medicine charge of $20, but I am not sure I even got the right med for my pet since the med was give to me before the wrong dog was brought out. I suggest staff double check! triple check! to ensure paperwork matches the pet. The staff was friendly so I can t say they weren t, but the mix up really caused me some concern.

Everyone that we worked with was professional and efficient. I personally loved how the staff has a system down. I m horrible with names but the front office employee that helped us out while we were there in the morning was great. She helped us on 6/14/19 and sat on the right when you walk in. She was fast paced and very informative. She was on it. Thank you for taking care of Reba. I can tell you have hard working employees and it was refreshing seeing a clinic that works well together.

I have taken both my cat s to this clinic and have received the best service and care for my fur babies. They are my family and were treated like family by the caring and gentle staff. I will continue to use them in the future and thank them for their professionalism and tenderness they treated both my Nala and Jasper.

Facility smelled like strong urine. I would just suggest washing everything down daily. Doesn t appear that s being done. Also more staff is needed. The pick-up line was excessively long.

SNKC Vet declined to alter Roscoe and Gus due to health concerns. Our vet could not find any bacterial mange or evidence of mites but began a five week treatment regime which has a positive health effect. Our vet concurred with SNKC s vet to withhold surgery until condition improves. Thank you.

I noticed on the paperwork that my dog is listed as owned by someone I don’t know. Not sure if that will be a problem going forward but other than that great job!! We love taking our pets to you.

Fantastic service, clean clinic, the check in and check out process was very fast, friendly staff, they answered all my questions, and my pup was ready to be picked up in record timing after his surgery!!

It did not feel the vet had had time to answer my questions. I am not sure when and what other appointments I need to do. She was not rude, just unavailable.

Did not tell us we could get extra pain medication for the puppies. Had to come back the next day to get some after looking at the documents.

You all are an amazing organization. If it wasn’t for you my Spencer would still be suffering. I am forever grateful for what you have done for him. My one suggestion would be to maybe assign someone to call owners once animal is down with procedure and give them an update.

Everyone was extra nice and really cared how my pup was doing. My pup calmed down and was great.+

We came for an appointment and understand we have wait for our turn. Everyone was very pleasant but after waiting an hour we were told it would still be longer. Wish we could have been told sooner than we were as my daughter had to work. We would have understood the delay but left much sooner. Urine stains on back waiting area floor

I was referred to spay and neuter Kansas city from some friends and I went to save some money instead of going to my normal vet. I got the gold package for $100 and i am disappointed in how my experience was at your clinic. Maybe it was just a fluke in what happened to me but i would not recommend anyone because the amount of time I wasted in your facility. If I paid just alittle more at my vet I wouldn t have wasted about 3 hours of my day waiting at your clinic. They check in process is not easy and should be more of only like 10 people scheduled every 30 mins instead of all appts. For the day arriving at one time. Not all pets are going into surgery immediately at 730a so why make everyone bring in their pets to wait in long lines with tons of animals that are anxious??? Makes no sense. Spread the drop off time out and then not everyone inline would be complaining on how long it takes. Most of the staff was friendly except a few ladies up front were snippy attitudes everytime I asked about my cats status. I was told to pick up my cat Clover at 4p. I got there early at 3:30p to beat traffic and was told she was just now going into surgery????? Really hours after i dropped her off and she still hasn t been seen. I didn t receive a phone call or a text to let me know ahead of time so I had to wait until about 520p to finally get my cat and be able to leave. When I asked why no one called me I was told that they were calling the dogs list and ran put of time. Thats just bad customer service. Many workers were standing around chatting with each other but no one could bother calling me ahead of time. On top of wasting my time waiting there I had my 2 year old daughter trying to keep her happy in the front waiting room. It wasn t until the last hour that a worker told me about the toys in the back waiting room. I just feel like it was very unorganized and not worth trying to dave money but going here. I had my cat clover microchiped Friday and didn t receive any info about how to register her chip so It would be extremely helpful if someone could please email me the info.

I am so happy to leave this review. When I arrived to drop off my dog to be spayed the lines were long and I felt overwhelmed. Your staff were so professional and efficient. I was in and out in a short time. I love the way you guys have it set up; so convenient, so affordable, and so easy! Thank you.

I am very pleased with the care that I received when I brought my cat in to get spayed, I ve used you guys I believe five times before and I will continue to use you and recommend you to my friends. Thank you so much for taking care of my Penelope the way you did.
