I felt confident taking my cat to this clinic to be spayed because this is their specialty. My cat is recuperating nicely from what I believe was major surgery. They are good people providing a wonderful service for the community. I have an appointment to get my two kittens fixed after the first of the year. No more surprise litters for me. Thank you S&NKC!

Super easy experience!

I m very disappointed with the service I received. My cat was mistaken as a female after I told them he was a male. They cut him open and realized he wasn t a female and he was a male. So now he has an extra scar from your mistake. Your vets and tech need a refresher. I am not pleased at all.

The only thing I can suggest is that they allow the animal to stay overnight after surgery because the owners of the animal usually don t know what to expect or do with their animal with instructions

I was told it would be $50 and it was $55. I like complete honesty & transparency. Otherwise good experience & my cat is doing very well

Your staff was most helpful and concerned about my dog and have been flexible on my spaying date, based on the health if my dog and their availability. I’ve called twice and your staff immediately knew who I was and remembered my dog. Nice to feel like they care enough to remember their customers. Nice. I’ve used both locations and both are very impressive!

All the staff there is truly amazing and so welcoming! I wouldn’t want any other place to give my puppy vaccinations.

The only slight problem I had was actually making an appointment. Every time I called I got a voicemail and we played a lot of phone tag.

Your 59th & Troost location is awesome! The staff is extremely pleasant and makes sure you fully understand the procedure that took place, along with home care instructions. Setting up my first appointment, due to illness, I had no voice. Messaged them through Facebook and they responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend Spay/Neuter KC to anyone! 5 ??
