I LOVE you guys! I couldn t have my doggos if not for you! It is just too expensive at the vet s office for shots! Everyone is always pleasant and courteous! I have called in a panic for copies of shot records and your people are ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL! I wish I could remember their names! I did make a contribution in Captain Jack s honor this last time since he passed away in April:( Please keep it up! xoxoxox

A clean and well-organized facility with uniformly caring, respectful, and professional staff. I appreciated the thorough instructions for my pet s care following his successful surgery.

The staff was upbeat but showed genuine concern. I felt comfortable leaving my pets with them.

Overall, our service for our puppy’s neuter and vetting was great, but he has pretty significant razor burn on his belly from shaving his fur.

This place makes it affordable to own a pet. We personally wouldn’t be able to care for our pets basic needs of it wasn’t for this place. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars across the board

Front desk staff seemed disorganized and unfamiliar with vaccine package details

Two, actually. I wasn’t able to adequately get my question of the vet answered, as the client never has the opportunity to speak with the vet..it was a simple question, but I needed a more nuanced answer than I received, so essentially, it went unanswered. Second comment, I would like to have the option of a 3-yr rabies and FVCRP vaccination. I’m sure it’s more expensive, but likely not 3x the 1-yr cost. This would be more cost effective for my budget. Thanks for your services and for the opportunity to comment!

I would like a free spay, I am a senior and on a fixed income.

Only suggestion I would have is in the receipt pack that you send home a flyer with the limitations of the pet or the time frame. I know it check out the run through everything so quick and sometimes it s hard to remember everything.

I have a Persian cat and I took her here to get spayed last weekend. The lady who was checking me out had to go over some extra precautions since she was a flat face and it kind of made me worried. I kept asking her if she thought everything would be okay, and literally all she would say was “if you have any doubts, take her somewhere else”; well of course I have doubts! Everyone who puts their pet through surgery will have doubts. I asked her “if she was your pet what would you do?” And all she said was “if you have doubts take her somewhere else”. I ended up staying there and she was fine, but she could have been a little more warm and reassuring. I totally understand she has to tell me the risks, but it just left a weird taste in my mouth and I was worried for the rest of the day. It also didn’t sound like she really believed in the KC spay and neuter vets, since she kept recommending I go elsewhere. I feel like a better approach would have been “I do not foresee any complications as our vets are very experienced and qualified, but because you have a Persian, I do need to make you aware of some extra risks”. That would have been much more reassuring!!! Just a thought :) thank you.
