The staff was upbeat but showed genuine concern. I felt comfortable leaving my pets with them.

Overall, our service for our puppy’s neuter and vetting was great, but he has pretty significant razor burn on his belly from shaving his fur.

This place makes it affordable to own a pet. We personally wouldn’t be able to care for our pets basic needs of it wasn’t for this place. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars across the board

Two, actually. I wasn’t able to adequately get my question of the vet answered, as the client never has the opportunity to speak with the vet..it was a simple question, but I needed a more nuanced answer than I received, so essentially, it went unanswered. Second comment, I would like to have the option of a 3-yr rabies and FVCRP vaccination. I’m sure it’s more expensive, but likely not 3x the 1-yr cost. This would be more cost effective for my budget. I would like a free spay, I am a senior and on a fixed income.

Only suggestion I would have is in the receipt pack that you send home a flyer with the limitations of the pet or the time frame. I know it check out the run through everything so quick and sometimes it s hard to remember everything.

I have a Persian cat and I took her here to get spayed last weekend. The lady who was checking me out had to go over some extra precautions since she was a flat face and it kind of made me worried. I kept asking her if she thought everything would be okay, and literally all she would say was “if you have any doubts, take her somewhere else”; well of course I have doubts! Everyone who puts their pet through surgery will have doubts. I asked her “if she was your pet what would you do?” And all she said was “if you have doubts take her somewhere else”. I ended up staying there and she was fine, but she could have been a little more warm and reassuring. I totally understand she has to tell me the risks, but it just left a weird taste in my mouth and I was worried for the rest of the day. It also didn’t sound like she really believed in the KC spay and neuter vets, since she kept recommending I go elsewhere. I feel like a better approach would have been “I do not foresee any complications as our vets are very experienced and qualified, but because you have a Persian, I do need to make you aware of some extra risks”. That would have been much more reassuring!!! Just a thought :) thank you.

Hello, great place, great job. My only input would be for Whitney Dixon to work on her people skills. She is an amazing person, I m sure, but was Noticeably bothered by having to endured human interaction. Just a suggestion.

I would not know what to do without SNKC. They are the best and Kelsey Christopher is one of the BEST people there. I work full time and rescue as many kitties as possible. Without Kelsey s help getting the kitties in, I couldn t do it. SHE MAKES IT POSSIBLE!! Thank you and Thank Kelsey!!

I have used kcs&n for mutipule pets and will continue through the years to do so. Eveyone is so friendly. I drve over 30 mins just to use you guys thank you for taking good care of my fur babies.

They messed up our male kittens stomach!! They cut him open really deep and poured ink into it and left it open them put glue all over. We re very upset!!

I have many cats, many! And I always bring them to SNKC because not only are they affordable but the staff is so educated and friendly! I have referred two other friends and they have said the same thing! “Everyone is so nice”! 5 stars all the way!

Thanks for taking great care of Miss Onions. She personally thanks you for fixing her, she said the first litter of 5 kittens took it out of her and another litter would make it over top for we already have an 8 cat family! Thanks again SNKC!!
