I really like this p,ace and everyone is so helpful and friendly I wouldn t take Jr anywhere else but this last time it smelled, I know it is hard when you have animals in and out but the 2 previous ti es it did not smell as bad. But overall I love the place and everything you are doing!

Very clean, VERY noisy. I know it can t be helped, but much more stressful for the feral cats being brought in. Separate cat entrance? Admittance was great at explaining new procedures. So glad your services are available. We absolutely couldn t afford this at the prices our full service vet charges. Thanks.

Helen was so afraid of everything when I brought her in. You gave me back a kitty that has a sudden courage. She didn’t seem to need any pain meds. She wasn’t crying at all. In fact, once she knew she was home, she came out from under the bed, and I got love I’ve never received from this particular kitty. She was purring to beat the band. It was wonderful. Thanks for the boost of courage you gave my beautiful Helen VKK. She’s going to be a great cat. Thank you.

The price, customer service and process is excellent. My ONLY complaint is the smell. It smells like 100 tom cats are let loose to spray all over the building because it smells like straight cat piss. That spraying cat the boss likes needs a new home because each visit the smell is worse. Hence the candle burning at the front desk.

They were very organized. The staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel at ease and took great care of my dog.

They are always so friendly no matter how busy they are they take the time to be kind and officiant! Love getting my vaccinations here for my pup and did I mention its so affordable there! Moby and I had a great experience from start to finish at Spay and neuter KC. They were welcoming and we knew our boy Moby was in good hands. We have recommended them to all our friends and family and plan to return for Moby’s future needs as well as those of our future pups!

The staff have always been wonderful to us and to our pets. I am impressed with the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism we are met with there every single time. The experience is stressful due to the crowded parking lot and waiting room, but I think all of that is a reflection of the great service you provide to the community.

I have always had pets never have been able to take care of them but with you guys I’ve been able to take care of my animals I am so happy I’m so pleased that you guys provide for us thank you for contributing to help with my animals
