I was really impressed with the new set up due to the virus situation. Worked out really well and was easy to understand. I thought the text with video was a great idea! Looked very professional. I will always support SNKC and love how this business continues to support the community. Well done!!

My dog, who has been there several times before, was freaked put by the curb side protocol. He became skittish and would not allow his shots to be adminstered in the lobby. The staff ushered him out without his needed yearly vaccines/ license nor any oppurtunity or suggestion of another attempt. Refund was propmt but care would have been better

I had an appt for 4:10. I didn t get seen until almost 5. I believe the reason this happened is because people were not following the rule of waiting in the car until you were in the front of the line. then call. People were allowed to pull up and call and be seen while they were second or third in line. I think when people call you should verify their position in line. If they are not in the front, they will have to call back once they reach the front of the line. I understand that it will not be perfect as far as set appt go, because some people, like myself always arrive early to appts, but I think it could resolve some issues, and people getting stuck behind cars in front of them.

Love your agency, everyone is always super friendly. Unfortunately our last visit was rough. We waited well over 2 hours for our apt but somehow cars that arrived more than an hour after us were gone before our dog was seen.I know everyone is doing the best they can but it was incredibly frustrating. The check in process for COVID needs to be improved. We also were not warned about the potential for such a long wait while having an appointment.

Have more resources of where to take your dog if you find out that they have heartworms—veterinarians or places that are more affordable for people on a limited income.

I would recommend changing the way/order that you all are currently seeing pets. When I first got there, all 4 lanes had 1 car in them, so I got behind a car in lane 4. My appointment was at 12:50 and I got there at 12:40. However, all of the cars in lanes 1-3 left before lane 4 so people that got there after me were helped before me simply because of the lane I chose by chance. If there was a way to make a single line that would then go into the next open lane then I think that would be more beneficial. I also saw cars that were not first in line getting in before me since they didn’t follow directions. I ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes for a vaccination appointment that took less than 5 minutes. The appointment was quick and I appreciate that, but it was frustrating to see people being helped before me that had gotten there after me.

Wonderful assistance and much appreciated health I recently emailed in regards to questioning on help with flea and tick medicine for my pets could somebody please get back to me on that because I am a no income home owner with again two dogs and two cats
