I did not receive the promised call back from staff providing the results of the heartworm tests for Girlie and Gracie from our Thursday, Feb 25 visit. Please text the results to 816-529-6903. My vet is not letting me purchase future pills until proof is provided. Thank you! Brigette Nicholson

Everone was outstanding, the phone lady was so nice and patient, she was amazing, dk curly hair, young dang, im so bad with nsmes. The man at the booth was so caring king pleasant and peofessional, the lady that brought put my pets was so explanatory regarding what went on with my pets. Extremely pleased, excellent facility all the way around!!!!! Great job!!!!! The city should be so proud of such an outstanding service!

I took in my families 6 dogs to your mobile curbside appointment and they were very friendly and treated my dogs with love and compassion and was done in no time and I didn t even have to fight with all 6 dogs tangeling their leashes they came to my car and took one dog at a time. So much appreciate your services.

This doesn t really fit in with the questions, but I had an appointment and still had to wait about 45 minutes after I arrived to have someone bring my dog inside. Also, the cost of the Advantage Mutli was not made clear over the phone when I called. It became much more expensive. That said, your clinic is clean; your staff is well informed; and everyone was professional and friendly.

I think mobile vaccinations were the best thing possible. Being a new mom to a week old during this Covid time it made my life easier and it was faster and the people were just sooo kind! My only suggestion would be trying to fix glitches from emails being sent that weren’t accurate for times.

Even though there was a mixup with our address they made sure to still come by to get my puppy his shots.

The young man working the check-in kiosk was exceptionally nice and helpful.

I love this place but the only thing i would change is to maybe figure out timing. Last time i waited an entire after my dogs appt and I had other things to do. I understand things happen and people get behind. But i feel this happens alot . I end up waiting 30plus minutes. Maybe because its certain days. But i just didnt like that i had to wait an hour after her appt for her to be seen. Other than that i love how quick they are after she is seen and how pleasant and nice they always are. I think thats why its not something i will be upset about because everything else outweighs the timing issue.

Thank you so much for getting in my adopted dog so quickly, arranging around weather, vets, high demand & Covid. I was amazed at the volume of patients, how courteous and professional all staff was.but was such a great experience!

More education on the meds and services from the runners or have adequate paperwork would be appreciated
