Although I appreciate the low cost vaccines and services, I am extremely unhappy that I was not informed on how to give my puppy her heartworm medicine. She was brought back to my vehicle after receiving her injections and I was given paperwork on what she received with a white tube and coupon attached to the paperwork. I was told by the guy to give her this medicine when you get home. I was not told anything other than that. I got home and gave my puppy the white tube. Within hours my puppy began with tremor like seizures, she was taken to an emergency vet who diagnosed her as being poisoned by her heartworm medicine, and she sadly passed early that morning. Literally within hours of receiving that medicine. I am raging angry that this all could have been avoided had someone clearly explained the instructions on how to give this medication, or sent us with instructions or something other than give this to her when you get home. This is a horrible way to end my family s year and ruin our Christmas. I don t know how this can be made right but doing nothing won t help. Your employees need to be educated on how to inform customers a lot better instead of focusing on how fast they move and getting people in and out. Thats clearly how mistakes get made.

Everyone was very professional and kind. They went above and beyond to take care of my dog, explain the surgery process, recovery instructions, and extended an offer to call with any questions as well as a follow up visit.

Excellent experience. Both dogs were comfortable and calm. Drivethru worked very well.

I am a little unenthused about the fact that we were told we were going home with 4 days worth of medicine and then on as finy given half of that would be needed for a 4 day supply, now night three and we don t have any medication to give our obviously uncomfortable kitten. ??

Don’t have people make appointments and then have them wait in their car for an hour. What’s the point of an appointment? My car battery died because I was waiting for so long. People make appointments with other things in mind not thinking they will spend an hour sitting and waiting it’s ridiculous
