I just want to say thank you so much for the ways of communication. The deaf has struggled a lot in this due to not being able to lip read but your staff provided communication to me that I was able to understand. I really appreciate that a lot!

I am very grateful to the clinic staff, they are all very kind from those who answer the phones, those who accommodate the cars and those who take care of our pets that come out for them are very very loving with the animals, I congratulate them for their good services and dedication. thank you very much for your work.

The check in and check out process is absolutely inefficient. It took 45 min to pick up and drop off my cat. Please change this process. I will not come back until it has changed.

My dogs incision became infected and I took her to my primary vet and was told the incision was not looking great. I’ve brought my other dogs up there to get spayed and never had infection issues and we’ve taken the same precautions with this one. Lots of things could have caused her infection and I’m not trying to blame anyone there but when I brought her up I was told that she was healing fine and I didn’t need to worry. And my primary vet said that wasn’t the case. I just wish when I brought her up for a reexamination someone would have been more honest when I first started becoming concerned so I could have immediately taken her to my vet instead of putting her through more pain. I knew the risk I was taking as I’m sure you guys do thousands more surgeries than your every day, regular vet and I’m sure the process is different. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate everything you guys do for the community and animals but I will probably not bring my animals back for anything besides vaccinations in the future. Thank you!

I was very impressed with how quick, efficient and well organized everyone was during this Covid season. We ve been bringing our pets for 11 years and will continue to do so! Thank you PRCKC!

Only issue we had was with having to wait quite a while in the car for our dog to get picked up and brought back out. My boyfriend was 10 min early for our 8am appt., and ended up having to wait over 40 minutes before someone came out to get our dog for surgery. When I came to pick her up after I also ended up waiting over half an hour before she was brought out, and everyone in line behind me had their dog brought out before ours was. Otherwise we were pleased with everyone and the experience.

I had such a pleasant experience with Pet Resource of KC. My husband and I recently got a puppy and we are first time pet owners. This organization is so important and needed. I was quoted 25 each for my 4 puppies vaccinations and 25 each continuing. I get their and now its 30. If told lower during appointment setting. It should not change when services rendered.
