Many fees beyond the neutering fee. Making the cost higher than planned. Care seemed good but as a new pet owner I was surprised by the extras. Process did not seem efficient. I left without setting up a two week appointment. As it was written down but no one asked me to schedule it.

Can’t say how thankful I am to the staff and Adams. I called in for a same day visit due to an “episode” (later identified as a panic attack) that my dog went through that mowing. They were able to get me scheduled and seen with a few hours. The doctor (Dr. Connie) spent a significant amount of time with me and we talked through several options. I felt SO much better after I left, having a plan in place for my pet. Thank you!
