My little dog was in to have her nails cut and have a professional bath. The care given to my little dog was outstanding as I worried the bath my scare her, but the care taken did not make her apprehensive for the next vist to the Vet....shannon

Very unhappy with the way blood was drawn. Went for the rear rather than the front. Rolled the vein and started fishing. Exams did not feel very thorough. Petey was being resistant to having an oral exam, so she just punted and told us to check his teeth. Do not want to have this vet again.

In addition to taking care of Grey and making sure she was healthy, Dr. Niklasen had also inquired about my other dog, Blue, after she had made a suggestion at his last visit for a medication. I appreciated the follow up a lot and the display of care that goes towards my dogs to make sure they are living their best healthy life.

Just a couple things. We didn t hear back about the stool sample we took in. The weight for Ben was listed as 9.6 lbs. He weighs 13 lbs. Everything else was fine.

The wait was a little longer than usual but he was tending to a sick dog so I wouldn’t have it any other way! I would want the extra time if my pet was sick so no problem!

I only brought Murphy in for a nailtrim but the tech who trimmed his nails was amazing. She did as good of a job as Dr Adams does. She was so good with Murphy I would love it if she was the one who trimmed his nails each time??

Your receptionist/front desk person was awesome, friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate that especially since my previous vet located in Dubuque had a front desk staff that did not even say hello when you walked in the door. Keep up the great work! Thank you
