From my initial call with Chaunelle to the techs, Lydia & Becky and of course Dr Cooney were nothing but a pleasure to work with. Dr. Gaither was a fantastic help to us as we had questions about our dog as he is entering his senior years. She was very patient, kind, and helpful with all of our questions. She gave us good advice on how to move forward with his care.

Always kind, helpful, very courteous and polite. My only advice is keep every last one of them. They’re good at their jobs. They know what the customer needs to hear.

Personable. I was a last minute work in for my 15 yo small dog. Even though very busy, No hesitancy to work us in. We were a patient of another vet that was unable to work us in. Very professional. Comfortable. I typically try to see Dr. LeRoche or Cooney. I was nervous about seeing someone new on Saturday. Dr. Zuercher exceeded my expectations!! Her beside manner is truly unmatched. She related to me to try and ease my anxiety and explained things in a way I could fully understand. This made me feel like I could easily ask questions. I appreciate her so much after this whirlwind of a weekend!
