The staff and Dr. Paquin couldn t have been nicer. Ruby was really ill and they helped me so much. They emailed me her bloodwork and Dr. Paquin went over it line by line. Easy to read and understand. I cant thank them enough! By the way, Ruby is better!

I absolutely love this facility!!! The doctors and staff are phenomenal---they know their stuff and can relate to the emotions that the owners go through with their precious pets!!!!! They REALLY CARE!!!!!!!!!!

I would Love to thank Everyone they treated my lil dog Rocky with such tenderness and helped me through a very difficult time of not knowing, from the very knowledgeable Doctor and Assistants to the Receptionist who came in to comfort me while i waited crying and were just as happy as I was to get good news. This is a great place and I highly recommend it.

What an amazing staff and doctor. The atmosphere was wecolming and my dogs were treated like little children, pampered and adored! Imagine if all veterinary clinics were this way. I highly recommend this clinic to people who love their animals and want the best and highest regarded care! There is no way to go wrong here. I have an 8 yo Yellow Lab and a 7 yo Boxer. I received three personal phone calls from the doctor himself to give us great news, and to just check in and make sure we were all doing well and adapting to her new environment, the state of Arizona. I received all lab work and update on my dogs via email as well as phone follow ups from the clinic to make sure we understood all the results.

My husband, Darryl, and I are very impressed with the level of service, personal attention and genuine caring shown be the staff and Dr. Paquin! We highly recommend this empowering veterinary center. We received at least 2 to 3 calls a day while our cat, Fume, was in their care. Also we received personal information from Dr. Paquin who was very generous with his time, going over Fume s tests and X-rays. These were emailed to us so we could conveniently go over them at home. Now that Fume is at home we also receive daily calls to make sure that he is doing well or if we have any questions or concerns. We can t give enough positive accolades for this caring team!!! Thank you so much for your support during this scary time for us.
